Business Central ↔ HubSpot sync
that actually works.
Companies, contacts, items and invoices kept in step between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and HubSpot — with the customer's balance and overdue invoices showing inside HubSpot. Flat pricing from £49 a month. No per-user fees. No £700-a-month enterprise tier to get the version that works.
Pilot places are free for three months in exchange for feedback. No card required.
Three things the existing connectors get wrong
We read every public review of the Business Central connectors on the HubSpot marketplace before writing a line of code. The same three complaints appear again and again.
Matching by email domain corrupts your CRM
Two customers sharing a gmail.com address, or a group with one domain and six legal entities, get merged into one record. Once it's happened, un-picking it takes days.
Our fix: match on the Business Central customer number, stored on the HubSpot record. Never on email domain. Every match decision is logged and reversible.Contacts without companies, and no invoices at all
Sales teams want to see what a customer owes before they call. Most connectors move contacts and stop — no companies, no items, no invoice status, no balance.
Our fix: companies, contacts, items and posted invoices, plus a card on the HubSpot company record showing balance, overdue amount and the last five invoices. The competent option is priced for enterprises
The connector that gets good reviews starts around $900 a month. The free and cheap ones average one to two stars. Nothing sensible sits in the middle.
Our fix: £49 / £99 / £199 a month by records synced. Flat. No per-user pricing, no turnover minimums, cancel any time. How it works
Set-up takes about twenty minutes. No consultants, no project plan.
Connect both systems
Sign in to HubSpot and to Business Central (cloud). Read-only first if you prefer — nothing changes until you say so.
Review the mapping
Sensible defaults for companies, contacts, items and invoices. Change any field. Choose which system wins on conflict.
Dry run, then go live
See exactly what would change before it does. Approve, and the initial import runs. From then on changes flow within a minute via webhooks.
See it in HubSpot
Balance, overdue amount and recent invoices on every company record, with a one-click link back to Business Central.

Who this is for
Finance teams on Business Central
You want sales to stop asking “has this customer paid?” and stop promising credit to accounts on hold.
Sales & RevOps teams on HubSpot
You want the customer list, product catalogue and invoice status to be right without anyone re-keying it.
HubSpot and Business Central partners
You're tired of rebuilding the same integration for every client. We pay 20% recurring referral commission and give partners free internal use.

We're taking on a small number of pilot customers this autumn. Free for three months in exchange for honest feedback and, if you're happy, a review. Leave your details and we'll be in touch within two working days.

Questions people ask
Is this live today?
Not yet. We're in the pilot phase: the sync engine is being built with a handful of design-partner companies and the HubSpot marketplace listing is planned for early 2027. Pilot participants get it first, free, and keep a founding discount afterwards.
Which Business Central versions are supported?
Business Central online (SaaS) first, via Microsoft's standard APIs. On-premises Business Central is on the roadmap — tell us on the form if that's you, it affects our priorities.
Does it change my data without asking?
No. Every connection starts in dry-run mode showing what would change. You choose the sync direction per object and which system wins on conflict, and anything the rules can't decide lands in a review queue for a human.
Where is my data processed and stored?
On Microsoft Azure in the UK South region. We store record identifiers, field mappings and a sync log; access tokens are held in Azure Key Vault. Full details will be in the privacy policy and security questionnaire before launch.
What about HubSpot's own Business Central connector?
It exists and it's free. Its marketplace reviews are the reason this product exists. If it works for you, keep using it — we'd rather you told us what it gets wrong.
Who is behind this?
A UK software architect with fifteen years in Microsoft and .NET systems, building this under VOL Group Limited (London). We're deliberately small: you'll be talking to the person who wrote the code.
